Meet Sophia, Mark, and Sharla

With over 33 years of experience in the sales industry, I thrive on helping people find the solutions they're looking for. My passion for connecting with others has been a cornerstone of my career, and I enjoy the challenges and rewards that come with understanding customer needs and delivering value.

Outside of work, I’m an avid lover of the outdoors. Whether hiking through beautiful landscapes or practicing yoga for mindfulness, I find peace and rejuvenation in nature. I’m also a fan of outdoor venues with live music and wine tasting, where I can unwind and enjoy good company.

At home, I’m a huge animal lover and proud owner of a multipoo named, GG. Her companionship brings joy and warmth to my life every day. My pup is an essential part of my world, reminding me of the simple joys in life and the importance of unconditional love.

I believe in balancing hard work with moments of relaxation, connection, and fun, and I strive to bring that same sense of harmony into both my personal and professional life.

Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, Mark moved to the United States at the age of 18 with a strong determination to pursue the American dream. With over two decades of experience in the toner and imaging supplies industry, he built a solid foundation working for several companies, gaining the skills and knowledge that would eventually inspire him to start his own business.

That vision became a reality with the founding of Integral Tech Supplies, launched with the support of Sophia and his wife, Sharla. Today, Mark leads the company with a focus on quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service, drawing on his extensive industry background and entrepreneurial spirit.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors with Sharla, whether it's kayaking, hiking, or biking. They share their home with their beloved French bulldog, Jameson, who has been part of the family for nine years.

Mark remains committed to growing Integral Tech Supplies and continuing to innovate within the industry he knows so well.

Sharla helped play a  pivotal role in building the company from the ground up alongside her husband, Mark and Sophia. With a strong background in technology and management, Sharla brought critical expertise to the business, from developing the company’s website to implementing the foundational systems for its CRM. Her strategic input and hands-on approach have been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and success.

In 2024, Sharla led the effort to secure Woman-Owned Business Certification in the state of California—a major milestone that opened new doors and opportunities for the company in both public and private sectors.

Married to Mark since 2019, Sharla balances her professional pursuits with a love for the outdoors. She and Mark enjoy traveling, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with their beloved French bulldog, Jameson.

In addition to her role as an entrepreneur, Sharla is currently pursuing her lifelong dream of becoming a dental hygienist, demonstrating her passion for helping others and commitment to personal growth.
