 Warranties Integral Tech Supplies "ITS" provides on all compatible toner cartridges:

All compatible toner cartridges come with a 100% guarantee for a period of 1 year. If at any time, compatible toners fail to perform, ITS will replace the item or credit the full purchase price.

Warranties on OEM cartridges:

ITS does not warrant any OEM (original equipment manufacturer) toner cartridges. However, ITS can assist you in contacting the OEM provider to help get a resolution. (case-by-case basis).

Warranties on NON-DEFECTIVE Compatible toner cartridges:

There is a 30-day return policy for all NON-DEFECTIVE returns along with a 20% restocking fee. Product must be unused and in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark, or write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging.

Defective Merchandise:

All defective returns must be pre-authorized by Integral Tech Supplies and have a Return Authorization Number. All returns without an RMA number will be refused and you will not receive a credit. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions. ITS will credit or exchange the defective product upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

Damaged Goods:

If you receive a damaged package that has been obviously damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery and contact your ITS sales rep for replacement/credit.

Technology related Supplies: (Non-toner/ink related products)

ITS provides a warranty on all defective products up to 90 days from date of delivery. 

ITS provides a 30-day warranty on all non-defective products for a credit toward future purchase or exchange for equal value. Product must be unused and in resalable condition and in the original packaging.
